Important Things to Know for an ECC Student / Parent

ECC Regular School Day

- Morning Parent Drop-off is 9:25 AM

- Mid-Day Parent Pick-up is 12:10 PM

- Afternoon Parent Drop-off is 1:15 PM

- Afternoon Parent Pick-up is 3:45 / 3:50 PM

ECC Early Dismissal Bell Schedule

AM: 9:25 AM - 11:20 AM

PM: 11:55 AM - 1:25 PM

ECC Emergency Early Dismissal Bell Schedule (Snow, etc.)

AM: 9:25 AM - 11:20 AM

PM: Canceled

ECC 2 Hour Delayed Opening Bell Schedule

AM: 11:35 AM - 1:25 PM

PM: 1:55 PM - 3:50 PM

Full Day: 11:35 AM - 3:50 PM

Reporting a Change in Your Regular Dismissal Plan

If you are changing your regular dismissal plan, you need to notify us before 11:00 AM for the morning session and 3:15 PM for the afternoon session. You can do so in any of the following ways:

- Send a note in your child's Home/School Folder

- Email your Child's teacher AND LCalicchio@mtsd.us and let us know your plan

- It is also important for you to let us know if someone different will be picking up your child. In which case, they will need to bring ID and be added to your Genesis authorized pick up list.

Reporting An Absence, Tardy, or Early Dismissal

- Login to your Genesis parent portal and add your absence, tardy or early dismissal

- You can call 609-466-7605 (extension: 1811 for Lisa Calicchio OR 1813 for Jen Rogers)

- You can email your child's teacher AND LCalicchio@mtsd.us
